Zab lives in Cambelltown so you'd expect dirt cheap prices.

I'm in Parramatta. Fitness First Parramatta charges $38.95 a fortnight (yes, faggots). Good-Life in Parramatta charges $27 a fortnight for students (high-school/university), then it goes to $31 for adults I believe.

Call up gyms around your area for prices. Remember to haggle them and to tell them to fondle your balls with their tongue.

there are a few gems tucked away around the place (if your a serious lifter who is interested in olympic lifts/training or strongman).if you are near homebush cant go past titans(NSW amateurs lifting club) its located at the homebush bay sports centre. Cost about 65/month but its the best weightroom in sydney and it has people there who can guide you who have insane amounts of proper lifting experience
they also hold comps and internal club competitions

where ever you decide to go, make sure it has proper barbell and dumbbell freeweight facilities. So many gym nowadays dont give a shit give you some dumbbells and rest machines

Sorry man, totally right. I was getting it so mixed up. He was involved with the Police Community Youth Club lol. I just remember it as being like 'scouts' - It was a long time ago.
I don't know where I got YMCA from but :| Maybe anything that is an acronym just morphs into this village people-esque scene for me. :P
Yeah it's above a pcyc, but I've never seen kostya or anything. That just blew my mind - (I haven't spoken to that mate since beginning of high-school)
